As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to expand the company's market presence.

Duties • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth • Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable contracts • Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment in achieving business objectives • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation • Manage projects related to business development initiatives

Qualifications • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field • Strong understanding of strategic planning and negotiation techniques • Proficiency in customer relationship management • Knowledge of project management principles • Familiarity with software tools for data analysis and reporting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA is a plus
