What You Will Do:
Ensuring that the products customers need are well-stocked and easily accessible: Providing professional and engaging customer service to ensure customers feel valued and satisfied. The duties of the Customer Service Loader include helping customers with loading merchandise into their cars and replenishing the shelves for the next customers. Due to the physical nature of the job, safety measures are critical.
Travel Requirements:
While this position does not come with the expectation of regular travel, there may be instances where traveling is necessary for attending meetings, training sessions, or to support neighboring stores.
Our hiring process places emphasis on certain attributes that we believe will ensure a successful and cohesive team: The distinction between full-time and part-time employment is based on the number of hours an employee is scheduled to work. Full-time employees are generally scheduled to work between 39-40 hours per week, while part-time employees typically work up to 25 hours. However, additional hours may be necessary, depending on the store's needs. This role requires the ability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day of the week. Aptitude to perform job duties that entail prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or any other physical tasks deemed necessary. The least requirement is the ability to carry 25 pounds by oneself, but picking up more than that is feasible, whether or not one requires help.

Minimum Qualifications: Within a span of 6 months, I had an opportunity to enhance my computer proficiency, particularly in data management through inputting, accessing, modifying, and outputting information. Acquired a six-month-long experience using ubiquitous retail technology devices including smartphones and tablets. The ability to comply with legal requirements for sales-related licenses or registrations is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications: My time spent in retail totals 6 months. Those with six months of experience working in a hardware or home improvement store are ideal for a Loader position. In order to meet the requirements, a candidate needs to possess 6 months of work history at Lowe's store in any department. With over 6 months of experience in retail merchandising, I am proficient at performing Zone Recovery, stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping. A professional with six months of experience in any industry, responsible for inspecting, transferring, loading, and unloading goods or elements into or out of transportation modes.
