Frito-Lay Material Handling Associate possess several warehouse responsibilities. You will aid in creating our famous snacks, including Classic Lay's, Cheetos, and Doritos, at one of our production facilities. Work Environment: • Anticipate that most of your workday will be spent standing, as this is a physically demanding job • A high-decibel ambience is almost guaranteed, given the vast spaces of the facility • The control of temperature in indoor spaces is restricted, implying that changes in the weather and seasons can adversely impact the working conditions

Key Responsibilities: • Transporting pallets and individual cases onto and off of trailers • Gather and transfer unoccupied pallet panels to a pre-determined storage location • Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology • To ensure that forklift operators are aware of the safety standards and performance regulations, comprehensive training programs are mandatory • Freight can be loaded onto trailers using either of the two methods - by using a cart or by stacking cases directly on the floor of the trailer • The task at hand requires collecting and allocating merchandise and aiding in the weekly stocktaking process • To keep the environment clean and ensure that sanitation measures are met, a range of tasks should be performed, including sweeping floors, tidying trailers, and disposing of garbage • Perform tasks that require lifting weights ranging from 15 to 50 pounds, with or without assistance

Minimum Requirements: • Once someone reaches the age of 18, they are legally recognized as a mature individual • The ability to work outside of traditional business hours, including weekends and holidays, is often a requirement for employees in certain industries • The proficiency to hoist weight ranging between 15 to 50 pounds, with or without considerable adjustments • Aptitude to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, whether or not with feasible modifications • The role entails a need for physical dexterity, as you must be able to climb, twist, turn, and move freely, even for extended periods, with or without reasonable adjustments • Being fit enough to repeatedly pick up, transfer, push, pull, and manage merchandise is a key qualification for this position, with or without appropriate adaptations • Preparedness to carry out tasks at heights, using aerial equipment such as ladders and lifts to reach specific areas of the industrial premises • Having the readiness and adaptability to endure various work conditions that include extreme heat, humidity, dangerous equipment, and surfaces that can be slippery

Training and Development: • Those who work in industries governed by OSHA, FDA and FSMA regulations must be knowledgeable about these mandates. Such training helps prevent accidents and injuries and ensure compliance with the law • Those who excel in their field must undergo training on how to operate a forklift without compromising safety
