Job Description: Aetna, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat - Provide accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits - Troubleshoot technical issues with online tools and resources - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security
