Position Overview

The Coach Membership Manager is responsible for upholding quality of coaching content and excellence in delivery throughout the Coach Membership. The primary focus of this role will be to oversee coaching work delivered by Coaching Mentors (Hub), as well as supporting sales and renewals of Coach Membership. This position is also responsible for serving as a coaching subject matter expert across Teaching Strategies solutions to support sales and partner success team members related to identified accounts.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities • Oversees the operation of the Coach Membership community, including (but not limited to) event schedules, member feedback, and product improvements. • Manages a team of Coach Mentors to ensure quality across all coaching communities. • Communicates with internal and external partners to identify content needs in the Coach Membership and oversees the creation of needed content. • Analyzes and report on Coach Membership as it relates to key initiatives. Forecast for changes to coaching content based on key metrics. • Collaborates with other Membership leaders to create a comprehensive network of support for accounts across all membership products. • Identifies the needs of the Coach Membership community and project manage the creation of needed content to develop a robust annual calendar of delivery. • Serves as the coaching expert across Teaching Strategies to support both internal and external partners and incorporates feedback from these teams to refine coaching products and processes as needed. • Collaborates with the Director of RFPs and other stakeholders to create necessary coaching plans to submit for RFPs. • Manages effective quality assurance that monitors for and resolves issues before they become problems. • Occasional domestic travel required for in-person team, department, and company meetings

Qualifications • Bachelor's in early childhood education or related field; master's preferred and/or 3 years in a partner-facing, Ed-Tech, or Saas role • Minimum of 5 years serving in an educational coaching role • Experience establishing and communicating performance and quality metrics aligned with organizational goals • Self-directed and strong drive for success • Takes responsibility for work and has a strong sense of project/work management • Ability to research, listen, and identify client needs based on assessment conversations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Project management skills • Ability to learn new technology applications • Ability to travel 10% of time • Working knowledge of, or experience in, the early childhood field is a plus • Working knowledge of Teaching Strategies products • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required • Ability to successfully pass background check
