Office Assistant with QuickBooks Online Experience (Remote)

This role will primarily focus on administrative support and accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online.
Key Responsibilities: Perform general office tasks, including data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling. Manage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks Online. Reconcile accounts, prepare invoices, and handle financial transactions. Maintain organized digital records and ensure accurate documentation. Provide administrative support to team members as needed. Assist in preparing reports and financial summaries. Communicate with vendors and clients to address inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Comfortable with remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills: Previous experience in a remote work setting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Ability to adapt to new tools and software quickly.
