Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Web Chat Agents to join our dynamic team, serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, services, finance, and dealership inquiries. In this role, you will engage with potential clients through online chat, as well as assist in converting inquiries into valuable leads for our dealer clients, helping to drive revenue from their website traffic.

Key Responsibilities • Address a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat. • Deliver precise information regarding products and services to customers via chat. • Schedule appointments based on customer requests and needs. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services. • Capture customer contact information to assist in lead generation and client follow-up. • Summarize customer interactions according to their specific needs for client insight.

Required Skills • Strong customer service abilities and capacity to perform well in a fast-paced setting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient typing skills, with a minimum requirement of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred). • Basic understanding of internet and Windows-based computer applications. • Ability to multitask effectively; experience in gaming is a plus. • Positive and professional attitude, with a strong capacity to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications • Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills. • Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written. • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required. • Candidates must successfully pass a background check.
