Key Responsibilities Qualify Potential Patients: Employ effective questioning techniques to understand patients requirements and assess whether our dental implant solutions meet their needs. Provide Compassionate Support: Interact empathetically with prospective patients, addressing their concerns regarding dental implants and guiding them throughout their treatment journey. Manage Leads: Independently oversee incoming leads and inquiries, ensuring consistent follow-up and nurturing of relationships. Achieve KPIs: Strive to meet performance targets related to lead conversion and activity, primarily engaging with warm leadsno cold calling. CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Open Dental) to monitor activities, maintain detailed notes, and enhance workflow efficiency. Collaborate Effectively: Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and address patient needs.
Required Skills Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly within the healthcare or dental sectors, is preferred. Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication, emphasizing empathy and clarity. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Zoho CRM and Open Dental is advantageous) and proficiency in standard office software. Team Player: Strong aptitude for collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly in healthcare or dental fields, is preferred. Relevant certification or degree in healthcare or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
