Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls related to service inquiries and sales. Provide customers with detailed information regarding available services, including pricing and benefits. Utilize consultative selling techniques to promote services effectively and encourage purchases. Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings and how they are influenced by environmental factors. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and promote additional sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the CRM system. Conduct property measurements as necessary. Handle collections and manage accounts to maximize receivables. Uphold confidentiality regarding customer and company information. Demonstrate clear and professional communication with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing. Execute additional duties as assigned by the Contact Center Service Manager.
Required Skills Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to approach customer inquiries with a consultative mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute. Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inbound or outbound sales, customer service, or call center roles, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
