This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity, offering flexibility and convenience.

Key Responsibilities: • Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues. • Maintain a strong understanding of Walmart's products, policies, and services. • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach in every interaction. • Document customer inquiries and resolutions accurately. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
