Responsibilities Manage financial records using Quickbooks Online. , Pay bills and send out end-of-year 1099s. , Keep payment methods up-to-date with vendors. , Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) reconciliations. , Assist with administrative tasks as needed. , Support recruiting and hiring processes if qualified. , Manage website projects and potentially assist with marketing.
Requirements At least two years of full-time bookkeeping experience or equivalent part-time experience. , Proficiency in Quickbooks Online, rated 7 or higher on a scale of 1-10. , Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations. , Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. , Ability to navigate websites and online accounts effectively.
