About the position

Responsibilities • Manage financial records using Quickbooks Online. , • Pay bills and send out end-of-year 1099s. , • Keep payment methods up-to-date with vendors. , • Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) reconciliations. , • Assist with administrative tasks as needed. , • Support recruiting and hiring processes if qualified. , • Manage website projects and potentially assist with marketing.

Requirements • At least two years of full-time bookkeeping experience or equivalent part-time experience. , • Proficiency in Quickbooks Online, rated 7 or higher on a scale of 1-10. , • Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations. , • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. , • Ability to navigate websites and online accounts effectively.
