Key Responsibilities: • Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information. • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information and solutions. • Documentation: Record customer interactions in our database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency. • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance goals, including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
