Company Overview:
We are a short-term rental management company overseeing 35+ properties in Los Angeles. Our mission is to provide exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests while maximizing revenue for property owners. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant (must speak Spanish) to join our team and help manage operations (airbnb, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, inventory) and also handle administrative tasks.
Job Description:
As a Full-Time Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our Airbnb/ short-term rental properties. Your primary responsibilities will include:
-Guest Communication: Handle inquiries, bookings, and guest support through various platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
-Reservation Management: Oversee booking calendars, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, and manage cancellations and modifications.
-Property Coordination: Work with cleaners, maintenance personnel, and other service providers to ensure properties are guest-ready.
-Review Management: Monitor and respond to guest reviews, maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.
-Listing Optimization: Assist in creating and updating property listings, ensuring they are optimized for visibility and bookings.
-Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support the management team.
Requirements:
-Hospitality and/or Adminstrative Experience: Direct experience with Airbnb or short-term rental management is highly preferred.
-Communication Skills: English and Spanish is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Organization Skills: the ideal candidate must be very organized
Experience with or willingness to learn the following programs:
-Comfortable using Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking platforms.
-Hospitable: Our CMS for managing properties.
-PriceLabs: For dynamic pricing management.
-Breezeway: For cleaning management.
-WhatsApp: For team communication.
-Zoom: For team communication.
-Availability: Full-time availability with flexibility to handle urgent matters as they arise.
-Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
