As an Online Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through processes, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
