Remote Freelance Recruiter
We are currently seeking a remote bilingual Freelance Recruiter with proficiency (ideally) in French and English. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our team, leveraging their recruitment experience and language skills to support our hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate relationships with potential candidates through online recruitment platforms, social media, professional events, and other relevant talent acquisition channels.
2. Assess candidates by meticulously reviewing their resumes, conducting comprehensive phone and in-person interviews, validating references, and executing background checks.
3. Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Guide potential candidates through the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience and completion of all necessary steps.
5. Ensure compliance with legal and internal recruitment standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven recruitment experience in a multilingual environment.
2. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficiency in French at a professional level is mandatory, with equally strong proficiency in English.
4. Independent work capability, coupled with keen attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
5. Familiarity with the intricacies of recruitment processes, particularly in the French-speaking regions.
6. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
