Experienced Airbnb Cleaner
Responsibilities: Perform cleaning tasks for vacation rental properties, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO. Manage laundry duties for bed linens, towels, bath mats, and other items, ensuring they are thoroughly dried. Make beds and change linens as needed in all bedrooms. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors, or clean carpets when necessary. Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills. Empty trash cans and replace liners. Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and accommodating special requests.
Skills: Prior experience in cleaning Airbnb properties or hotels is preferred. Strong customer service abilities for clear communication and addressing client needs. Familiarity with housekeeping practices for short-term rentals, including checking for missing items, reporting damages, and restocking disposables. Attention to detail to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and sanitization. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of proper laundering techniques for linens and towels.
