Job Description
Embark on an exciting journey as a Social Media Moderator and Community Engagement Specialist for a leading kitchen appliance brand that's making waves in the health and wellness sector. In this role, you'll be the digital face of the company, managing a vibrant online community and fostering meaningful connections with customers. Responsibilities Cultivate an engaging online community by moderating and responding to comments on various social media platforms Craft thoughtful, brand-aligned responses to customer inquiries, praise, and concerns Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and customer feedback, acting as the first line of communication Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and prompt issue resolution Play a key role in managing social media campaigns during peak promotional periods, driving engagement and sales Analyze social media interactions to identify trends and provide insights for improving customer experience Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to boost community engagement
Requirements 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, community moderation, or customer engagement roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a flair for engaging and persuasive writing Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features Ability to work U.S. hours, particularly aligning with Central Time Zone (Chicago) Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to manage high volumes of interactions during peak periods Customer-centric mindset with a high degree of empathy and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with kitchen appliances, healthy living trends, or the home goods industry is a plus Comfortable with using various productivity and social media management tools Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Adaptable and quick to learn new products, policies, and procedures
