Addressing customer complaints professionally and following up with a satisfactory resolution will help to build trust and loyalty between the business and its customers.
2. Service and Sales: Present the broad portfolio of FedEx's products and services to address the diverse demands of clients. Instruct customers to seal packages securely with heavy-duty tape to prevent the contents from falling out. Enhance your business by providing supplementary amenities such as printing, copying, and supplies.
3. Transaction Management: With the help of FedEx systems, carry out shipping transactions with accuracy. To competently and securely process payments made through cash, credit card or other payment forms. Check that all necessary shipping paperwork is done correctly and can be easily understood.
