Wells Fargo is currently hiring for an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) within their National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building customer relationships through proactive communication and promoting suitable financial products, services, and digital tools to foster their financial success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Bank Specialist: • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by consistently initiating outreach and building strong relationships • Serve clients with basic needs like opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications • Continuously reviewing and improving the bank's product and service offerings can ensure that they remain competitive and relevant in today's rapidly changing banking landscape • Prioritizing customer needs and preferences can build trust and encourage customers to feel valued and respected • For customers looking to purchase a home, banks are a great option for securing financing. While there are many lenders to choose from, banks offer competitive rates and terms, as well as personalized service. Customers can choose from various mortgage products, such as fixed-rate and adjustable-rate loans, and work with a loan officer to find the best mortgage for their needs • Redirect customers' financial necessities to other qualified bankers and associates as required • Abide by the directions given by managers while using your discretion within established guidelines • Persons occupying the SAFE position will have to interact with clients and manage tasks such as negotiating terms for property-related transactions, reviewing applications, and complying with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and any relevant regulations
