They will also serve as first responders to accidents within the building Job Description Essential Duties Assists all customers with various questions/problems in customer service areas Perform basic cleaning responsibilities (trash, equipment, laundry) Special event set-up and operations Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts [including finding a substitute when unavailable), duties, and enforcing facility policies.
