Duration of Appointment Summer through academic year Maximum Scheduled Weekly Hours 20 Job Description Summary This Student Associate will greet patrons and guests, ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons while maintaining a visibly positive and approachable composure to promote patron-employee relation. They will also serve as first responders to accidents within the building Job Description Essential Duties Assists all customers with various questions/problems in customer service areas Perform basic cleaning responsibilities (trash, equipment, laundry) Special event set-up and operations Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts [including finding a substitute when unavailable), duties, and enforcing facility policies.
