Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. , Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat environment. , Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. , Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality support. , Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care. , Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus. , Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
