Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Call Support Representative to join our team as we introduce call support for the first time. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on helping customers and is ready to grow with us as we expand our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication with customers.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.

Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues.

Provide feedback on improving call support processes as we build and refine the system.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in customer service or call support is preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently and remain fully dedicated during an 8-hour shift.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling calls.

Work Hours:

This is a full-time role requiring 8 hours of dedicated work daily. Initial call volume will be low, providing an opportunity to understand our processes and contribute to shaping the call support function.
