Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning and maintenance services, including residential and commercial environments. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of hotel rooms, residential properties, and commercial spaces. • Manage housekeeping operations effectively, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. • Execute floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. • Provide custodial services that include waste management and restroom sanitation. • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and deliver exceptional customer service. • Assist in cooking or food preparation as needed in hospitality settings. • Maintain equipment and supplies necessary for cleaning tasks, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Qualifications • Proven experience in housekeeping management or related fields such as vacation rental cleaning or residential cleaning. • Strong understanding of sanitization processes and best practices. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. • Familiarity with turnover tasks for Airbnb rentals. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. • Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and environments.
