Contact Center Agent - Remote
Looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our remote Patient Care Representative team. As a Patient Care Representative, you will play a pivotal role in guiding potential patients through their journey with us, from initial contact to consultation setup. Key Responsibilities: Qualify Potential Patients: Use effective questioning techniques to assess whether our dental implant solutions align with the needs and expectations of potential patients. Provide Compassionate Support: Engage with potential patients empathetically and clearly, alleviating any concerns they may have about our dental implant services and setting clear expectations for their treatment journey. Manage Your Book of Business: Independently handle leads generated through web inquiries and inbound calls, ensuring thorough follow-ups and maintaining strong relationships. Achieve KPIs: Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversion and activity. You'll primarily work with warm leads, eliminating the need for cold calling. CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems such as Zoho CRM and Open Dental to meticulously track activities, maintain detailed notes, and streamline processes. Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on patient needs and expectations.
Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales roles, particularly within the healthcare or dental industry, is preferred. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial, with a strong emphasis on empathy and clarity. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while working remotely. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Zoho CRM and Open Dental is advantageous) and proficient with standard office software. Team Player: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
