Administrative Specialist (Remote) - Provost Service Center

Part Time Remote - US

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and two years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications: • PeopleSoft FMS • Experience with purchasing, invoicing, or vendor communications. • Exceptional organization and times management skills. • Strong problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:

To provide professional and administrative coordination of human resource and financial management activities.

Job Duties: • Responsible for providing timely status updates. • Serve as liaison to staff in other entity processing units and other support areas. • Interacts with customer toward effective problem resolution and assists with questions regarding policies, procedures, and operations of the entity. • Identifies operation problems and implements changes to provide solutions. • Adheres to internal controls established for department.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience.
