Key Responsibilities • Respond to incoming customer calls and facilitate the redirection of tasks and inquiries. • Maintain detailed call logs and ensure timely follow-up on customer interactions. • Manage phone messages and provide assistance to customers as needed. • Process payments from customers when required. • Encourage customer engagement by requesting Google Reviews and connecting customers with the sales team for further insurance product opportunities.

Required Skills • Exceptional interpersonal abilities: courteous, friendly, and consistently professional. • Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities to manage logs and multiple calls effectively. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous. • Strong integrity in handling sensitive personal information with care.

Qualifications • Must be a U.S. citizen residing in the contiguous 48 states, DC, Alaska, or Hawaii. • Willingness to obtain (or already possess) your home state's resident Property & Casualty license. • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, administrative roles, or as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. • Commitment to attend a one-day training session in Atlanta, GA.

Compensation And Benefits • Starting salary of $1,000 per month for supporting one agency owner. • Potential to increase to $1,500 per month for supporting an agency owner with multiple office locations. • Earn between (30,000 and )55,000+ annually by managing up to four clients. • Fully remote position providing the freedom to work from anywhere, with no commuting requirements. • Comprehensive training and licensing support to set you up for success.
