This application is for a training program, designed to prepare applicants for Customer Relationship Advocate roles with Fidelity Investments. The training is 30 weeks, at night, and online. Our goal is to strengthen your professional and interpersonal skills so that you are prepared for an exciting career in finance with Fidelity. At the end of the training program, apprentices will sit for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE ) exam and those who pass the exam are guaranteed first-round interviews with Fidelitys Customer Support team via a dedicated recruiter & application process. About the Role:
Climb Hire is sourcing Customer Relationship Advocates for Fidelity as they continue scaling their customer support organization in Salt Lake City, UT; Denver, CO; Jacksonville, FL; Dallas, TX; Raleigh, NC; Covington, KY; Smithfield, RI. The Customer Relationship Advocate is client-facing and is responsible for taking incoming calls from Fidelitys customer base while addressing customer service issues. CRAs help clients with a broad variety of needs ranging from answering questions about their accounts, helping clients navigate the website/mobile app, up to placing trades for mutual funds and equities. No matter the conversation or customer interaction, the mission remains the same: help all Fidelity customers achieve their financial goals and dreams
About the paid training program: Learn at night while working during the day. No finance background? No problem. Our paid apprenticeship prepares you for the Securities Industry Essentials exam (SIE ), the first step in becoming a CRA. If hired, Fidelity will pay for you to train for the Series 7 & 63 (FINRA) certifications. Double or triple your earnings with potential employment at Fidelity. Expand your social capital by collaborating with our network of peers, facilitators, staff, and industry professionals. Develop customer success skills to enhance your ability to listen critically, summarize concerns, and de-escalate and problem solve creatively. The dynamic program blends financial services fundamentals and soft skills training so you can grow while you learn and eventually, earn. The training program costs absolutely nothing upfront because youre busyand you have goals to meet.
Qualifications:
Interested? Perfect. Youll excel if you have: Worked in hospitality, retail, or any other customer-facing role (does not need to be corporate experience). The belief that financial power should be more accessible. Creative problem-solving skills - you love a good analytical challenge. The desire to advance up the professional ladder with the worlds premier investment management firm. Time for two 3-hour online class sessions per week for 7 months. The willingness to complete weekly assignments and a capstone project. Stable internet connection. Reliable access to a computer.

Work Location: Fully Remote (for training). If hired by Fidelity, you will be expected to be within a one-hour commutable distance from Salt Lake City, UT; Denver, CO; Jacksonville, FL; Dallas, TX; Raleigh, NC; Covington, KY; or Smithfield, RI, and may be asked to return onsite depending on Fidelitys return-to-office plan.
