Position Overview: As a Remote Walmart Live Chat Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our online customers with their inquiries, concerns, and needs. You will provide real-time support and engage with customers via live chat to ensure they have a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat. • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems as needed. • Offer product recommendations and provide information on promotions and deals. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. • Document customer interactions accurately for future reference. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). • Excellent written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others. • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets. • Previous customer service or live chat experience is a plus but not required.
