Role Overview: In this position, you’ll engage with customers via web-based chat platforms like Facebook Messenger, providing assistance without the need for face-to-face interaction. You’ll be the frontline contact for our customers, helping them with questions, fitment checks, and scheduling service appointments—all through chat.

What You’ll Do:

Communicate with customers through live chat to assist with their wheel and tire inquiries. Provide detailed product information, sales assistance, and schedule appointments. Answer queries, furnish sales links, and offer discounts to facilitate customer decisions. Work remotely, representing businesses on their websites or social media channels. Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

Must have a device capable of accessing web chat platforms (Laptop, Phone, Tablet). Reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are necessary. No previous live chat experience required; comprehensive training will be provided. Skills/Background:

Beginner-friendly role with full training provided. Strong written communication skills and a positive attitude are essential. Ability to work independently and manage chat interactions effectively.
