Tasks
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for: Efficiently manage customer requests for information, reservations, irregularities, and capacity by using several channels of communication Support marketing communication to foster positive customer awareness on SWC news & services Maintain & strengthen close customer relationship at all levels Ensure correct billing to customer by controlling bookings and Air Waybills & make corrections Strengthen outdoor sales efforts by supporting in rate quotations, ad hoc rate negotiations, market intelligence, reports Prioritizes workloads to enable swift & competent response to internal & external inquiries. Coordinate with warehouse and ground handling agents or load control to ensure operations run smooth Participate in other duties as assigned
Requirements
The ideal Customer Service Agent should meet the following requirements: Associates degree preferred IT applications: Good MS office user knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Logistics or customer service training is an asset Experience in customer service and/or operations Ideally experienced in air cargo / logistics and/or aviation environment Good command of French and English language: fluent in speaking and writing Any other languages are of advantage Good interpersonal communication skills verbal and written (email, letter, internet) Professional attitude with internal and external interfaces Impeccable customer service attitude Initiative, reliable and quality oriented working attitude Flexibility to work on different functions within the department Willingness and ability to travel CV/Resume and Cover Letter required Company will not provide relocation assistance
